Lost Film I Remember

I remembered this cop film that i watched in the 90's but came out in late 1989 called "Louis Garment: Undercover Case. Starring local North Carolina actor from the

show NCPD (North Carolina Police Dept.),Sean Luke as Louis Garment. The plot of the film is about Louis Garment trying to find the guy who killed his cousin, but the ending was a twist seeing that the person who killed him was actor David Schwmmer (played by Canadian actor King Bruce Arthur) so the film ended up being controversy for David Schwimmer after killing his cousin. Also other cast members include comedian Jon Herriman as the fat commissioner Troy Large (Originally, King Bruce was going to portray the fat man, but due to creative differences, the role was switched out.) Latino singer Randi Boné plays Rachael Jordan, a former Women's NBA basketball player who's married to Michael Jordan and friends with Garment's cousin. former child actor

Michael Cross plays Garment's cousin Mark Bones and Clarissa the dog as Shelby, the police dog.

Since i rented the tape at a Hollywood Video rental store in 1997, I think this is the most hilarious direct-to-video movie ever made. The film was made by a movie company in Scotland,North Carolina called Vnus Films (The same company that distributed Scotland Spinners). This movie is so rare that it's lost, if anyone has any footage of this film (or the entire film) then please upload it and share it with the world.
